This series of miniature sculptures are created by pulping paper and cardboard into a clay form. Each sculpture is an edition of one.
The material can either be left raw to give a stone effect, or painted with high-quality water-based paints creating decorative, tactile, and sustainable artworks. Using recyclable materials to develop a new material and making process, Maisie takes inspiration from architectural forms to create sculptural art works that explore the juncture between artistic production and functional design.
